Thomas "Tom" Desiderio

Tom hails from New Jersey where he studied Applied Ecology at Rutgers University. He then spent 15 years in science education, earning a master’s degree in Natural Resource Management at the University of Wyoming along the way. While in classroom and outdoor education, Tom worked diligently to ensure student, parent, and administrator satisfaction through effective communication. He understands the importance of perspective and brings this commitment to individualized service to his work in the real estate industry.
While Tom has had the opportunity to live and work in many beautiful locations, the Catskills hold a special place in his heart. As a youth, Tom spent much of his time exploring near his grandfather’s cabin in Callicoon Center. In combination with scouting experience, Tom developed an early passion for outdoor spaces. He now lives with his dog near Roscoe, NY and hopes to help people make use of the unique resources and opportunities afforded by our area’s geography and ecology.
Tom recognizes that a connection to an area is an important part of selecting a home and looks forward to putting his experience to work for his clients. He believes that honesty and transparency are key to satisfaction. Tom's mission is to efficiently, ethically guide people through their real estate transactions.
