Kevin is a seasoned Real Estate Broker with 20 plus years’ experience and Owner of United Country Real Estate | Eagle River Realty, LLC, as well as the Owner/Auctioneer of United Country/Eagle River Auctions, LLC. Raised in Central New York, he has deep roots in the area where he continues to live.
Before entering the real estate field in 2003, Kevin gained valuable experience as the owner of a contracting business specializing in high-end kitchen, bathroom, and tile/stone installations. This diverse background now serves his clients well, providing them with comprehensive insights when choosing rural properties in upstate and Central New York as well as Pennsylvania.
A passionate outdoorsman, Kevin's love for the wilderness was ignited at a young age during hunting and fishing trips with his grandfather—a passion he now shares with his daughters. He also manages a 145-acre farm that supports beef and dairy animals, and poultry, focusing on sustainable practices through Forestry Stewardship and Quality Deer Management (QDM) programs.
